





As A-Insinöörit continues to grow, managing customer information has become increasingly complex. Salespeople and project managers struggled to form a complete view of customer interactions and history before meetings.

We developed a GenAI-powered assistant with two core functions. First, it automatically generates standardized customer status reports on a set schedule for recurring sales meetings. Second, it provides a chat interface where users can ask precise questions about customer data and history.
The solution leverages both structured and free-text CRM data, integrates via APIs into existing systems, and was seamlessly integrated into A-Insinöörit's CRM in collaboration with their development team.

Teams can now prepare for meetings with deeper insight into each customer's situation and projects - right from the first conversation. This helps customers feel understood and engaged, which builds trust and makes collaboration smoother.
The solution also enhances cross-selling by surfacing relevant opportunities from the data and bringing them into discussions at the right time. Even during rollout, A-Insinöörit has already gained faster access to customer insights, reducing manual search effort and freeing time for client engagement.
